Why does Reimagined Industries exist?
This isn’t a product launch or a company update. It’s the belief that sits behind everything we’re building.
When we started Reimagined Industries, we weren’t trying to build another AI company. We were trying to understand what happens when intelligence becomes abundant.
For almost a century, organisations have been built on assumptions that made perfect sense for their time. Information was scarce. Communication was expensive. Coordination was difficult. The boundaries between organisations mattered because crossing them carried cost. Those assumptions shaped everything from organisational charts to enterprise software. They shaped the modern economy.
We believe those assumptions are changing.
Nearly ninety years ago, Ronald Coase explained why firms exist. When coordinating through the market is expensive, organisations bring work inside. That idea shaped generations of business thinking because, for most of the last century, it was true.
AI changes the economics.
As the cost of reasoning, communication and coordination continues to fall, organisations are becoming less constrained by the boundaries that once defined them. Intelligence is no longer confined by departments, reporting lines or even the edges of a single company. The question is no longer where work happens. The question is how intelligence flows.
AI dissolves the boundaries humans created.
If the economics that shaped the modern enterprise are changing, then the enterprise itself must change. The organisations that define the next century won’t simply adopt AI. They’ll rethink what an organisation is. They will be designed around a world where intelligence is abundant, coordination is increasingly frictionless, and value is created by orchestrating networks rather than managing hierarchy.
Every generation inherits an operating system for business. Ours was built for a world where intelligence was scarce. The next one won’t be. Companies will become more fluid. Software will become more autonomous. Teams will increasingly consist of both people and intelligent agents, working together across organisational boundaries that matter less with every passing year. Competitive advantage will come less from the size of an organisation and more from its ability to orchestrate networks of intelligence.
This isn’t another technology cycle.
It’s a new economic model.
Reimagined Industries exists to build for that world.
We believe technology should help people see what others cannot, understand complexity that was previously invisible, and make better decisions in increasingly dynamic environments. Every product we create begins with the same question:
What would this look like if it were designed for abundant intelligence rather than scarce intelligence?
Constellation is the first expression of that belief. It explores how intelligent organisations, markets and societies behave as the economics of coordination change, helping leaders understand tomorrow’s challenges before they become today’s reality.
We don’t believe the future is something to predict.
We believe it’s something to build.
Because we believe every industry will be reimagined.
